Not necessarily. What DAMOCLES carries out directly, has carried out or takes charge of is defined in the mandate.

Are equipment and training always included?

No. They can be brought in when they are useful to the project. The actions selected are defined according to the threats to be addressed and the scope entrusted.

Does a test guarantee that the system will work in every situation?

No. Tests make it possible to put responses to the test against defined scenarios and to identify corrections. Effectiveness against one mode of action does not imply effectiveness against all others.

Does DAMOCLES guarantee that no incident will occur?

No. No system can guarantee the absence of incidents. The aim is to respond to the relevant threats, limit disruptions and allow the project to continue its activity.
